After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
At Glowru, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We consider an item damaged if it has a manufacturing defect or arrives physically broken. Damage to packaging during shipping, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as product damage if the item itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email contact@glowru.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we will assess if you are eligible for a free replacement. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.
