Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times vary depending on your location. See the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Additionally, worldwide shipments may face unexpected customs delays, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team will send an email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@glowru.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend that you also contact the courier directly to file a claim. Courier companies typically have a claims process for lost or stolen packages, and they may require additional information from you. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.

Please note that Glowru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered.
